It all started with three friends and a slightly crazy idea: to create chocolate unlike any other. Incredibly delicious, but also beautifully designed. At the crossroads of art and indulgence, each chocolate is crafted in France using carefully selected, naturally sourced ingredients, then lovingly wrapped in a box imagined and signed by an artist. From Paris to New York, via Tokyo, Le Chocolat des Français is steadily establishing itself as a must-have chocolate brand in the world of gifting.

We track down the best chocolatiers from every corner of France to create top-notch treats together. For each recipe, we set out to find the perfect balance of flavours, combining fine cocoas from different origins with carefully sourced ingredients. Our goal is simple: to craft chocolates that will delight the discerning palates of gourmets, as well as those of all food lovers.

To imagine the boxes for our chocolates, we call on artists from the worlds of illustration, comics, street art... Each treat is signed on the back. More than just chocolates, they are truly little works of art to give and to devour.

We don’t make everything in the same place.
We prefer to do it where it’s best.
We make all our chocolates in France, partnering with the best chocolatiers in our regions to develop recipes that are as unique as they are delicious. Each chocolate maker specialises in one type of treat: chocolate bars, coated marshmallows, praline, coated dried fruits... For a true gourmet tour of France!

Our wonderfully soft marshmallow bears are made very close to Lille. 🐻

It’s in Alsace that our praline rochers and our chocolate powder are made!

Our chocolate bars and organic chocolate squares are made by our partner in Provence!

The values
Our cocoa beans are grown using agroforestry, in the heart of an ecosystem that respects biodiversity.
The packaging of our gift boxes is entrusted to ESATs (French work-based support establishments), which promote the professional integration of people with disabilities.
Our chocolates are regularly donated to the charity Les Restos du Cœur, our partner since our creation.
For our boxes, we use various materials that are fully recyclable and come from sustainably managed forests.
